It is humbling and eventually allows us to experience freedom in letting go of what we think we should be doing or what we think we should look like in a pose, which can translate over to our hectic and busy lives.

A result of this breathing technique is a heat that forms within us, creating fire to cleanse and safely stretch our bodies.
